We determine the charge for catering your event based upon the menu type you choose, number of guests, the necessary staff to serve, rentals needed, 10% administration fee, tax and gratuity. Please tell us about your event and we will pleased to discuss customized selections and prepare a formal proposal for your review and consideration.
As a full service catering company, we provide professional servers, chefs and bartenders. Each event will have an event leader who is paid $30.00 per hour with all additional staff paid $25.00 per hour each. We will arrange for the rental of any equipment needs you have such as china, flatware, linens, etc.
Upon signing a contract, we ask for a 50% deposit with a second 25% deposit due two months prior to your event. We will bill you in full for the remaining balance after your event; that amount due one week within your receiving the final bill.
A LA HEART CATERING charges no corkage fee, no cake cutting fee AND coffee service is included in the meal cost. We have a $1000.00 minimum for menus, not including staff and rentals, in Sonoma County. We will quote the minimum for outside Sonoma County.
We are licensed with a Food Handlers Permit, legal kitchen and carry $1,000,000.00 liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind in hiring us for your next event.
